01Booking & dates

Every booking on Spotra is a request. You pick your dates and guest count on the listing page, and the host has up to 24 hours to confirm. If your dates aren't available, the booking button will say so — try a flexible range.

You can adjust your dates anytime before the host confirms by tapping the date row on the listing page (mobile) or the sidebar (desktop).

02Payments

Nothing is charged when you submit a request. Spotra will only collect payment once the host has confirmed — and most hosts settle directly with you on arrival or via bank transfer.

Service fees are shown transparently on the listing page. There are no surprise charges at checkout.

03Cancellations & changes

If your plans change before the host confirms, you can simply ignore or update the request — nothing has been charged.

After confirmation, cancellation terms are set per listing. Most of our hosts honor a free cancellation window of 48–72 hours before check-in. Reach out to us if you need flexibility — we'll mediate.

04Safety & verification

Every property on Spotra has been walked by our San Pablo team before it goes live. We verify ownership, photograph each space ourselves, and confirm amenities.

Hosts respond personally — there's a human at every step. Report anything that feels off to hello@spotra.ph and we'll act within the day.

05Special requests & accessibility

Every booking form has a Special Request field. Use it for dietary notes, late check-ins, celebrations, mobility needs — your host will see it directly.
